FMLA Important Notice Pertaining to Annual Rate Adjustments

Pursuant to Section 30 of the Acts of 2018, the Department of Family and Medical Leave will not make adjustments to the contribution rate or the maximum weekly benefit amount until October 2021.
Accordingly, the following rates will remain in effect for calendar year 2021:

  2. The maximum weekly benefit amount will remain at $850 per week.
