American Farmland Trust is seeking two experienced professionals to help farmers and other landowners with on farm conservation.  Both positions will be in Massachusetts, one located in Pittsfield and primarily serving Berkshire County, the other located in Wareham, primarily serving the southeastern portion of the state.  Please check out the job descriptions if you are interested or forward to someone you know who might be interested.  Click here for the Wareham position, and here for the Pittsfield position. These positions join an amazing existing team of five motivated and engaged individuals in similar positions already.  We are looking for dynamic individuals who are excited to use their education and knowledge, but who are also able to learn what motivates a landowner, to understand both their mind and their heart, and help landowners accomplish THEIR goals for their land.

While full-time regular positions with AFT’s New England Regional Office, Planners will be focused on serving specific areas of the state and will be under the day to day supervision of a NRCS District Conservationist. Travel to other regions of the state may be required from time to time.
