On March 31, 2020, the Governor extended that Order and updated the list of “COVID-19 Essential Services.” The Order designated nurseries, greenhouses, garden centers, and agriculture supply stores are as COVID-19 Essential Services.

See below for “binding guidance” (this means you have to do it) for nurseries, greenhouse and agricultural supply stores.

*Please note that while this document is worded as such that it could be read to preclude ag supply stores which don’t sell food plants or seed. However, such businesses are covered by earlier guidance. Feed stores, custom ag operations, etc. remain essential businesses and are allowed to be open.
